PORTALS of PRESENCE

When fleeting thoughts arise, don't chase after them ... the yogi who looks directly at the nature of mind ... captures naked awareness ... in the continuously renewed immediacy of the present moment

(The Words of Dzogchen)

Sustaining awareness in the immediacy of the moment often requires the cultivation of forgetting 'to allow the freshness of each new moment to be received in the fullness of itself'... 'Without the burden of the past, the present can be met exactly as it is' ... free of conceptual elaboration.

(The Sage's Way  ... Ray Grigg)

To know the very essence of awakened awareness and non-conceptual presence we only need to enter into the direct experience of it ... Familiarize ourselves with it more and more as presence awareness is fully established as our true personhood, our mode of being and our life expression.

Self-arising wisdom is present spontaneously, searching for it elsewhere is exhausting, and expensive $$$
